Las Vegas finance executive Alicia Taylor recently dropped what she was doing – and her clothes – to pose for Playboy.
The 37-year-old will appear in the magazine’s “Women of Wall Street” pictorial next month.
Taylor called the experience “liberating and empowering.”
The mortgage specialist will appear in the magazine wearing little more than purple stiletto heels, a diamond tennis bracelet and a smile.
The photo depicts Taylor lying in bed with a newspaper and a mug of coffee.
Her photo shoot wasn’t as revealing as some of the others, however, thanks to some strategically placed props and creative camera work.
“I was honored to be chosen as one of the women for this special feature,” Taylor said.
Her husband, Darwin Evans, is said to be “extremely proud” of his former high school sweetheart, both personally and professionally.
The couple, who have no children, have been married for 15 years.
They plan to celebrate the pictorial with a private party at Simon at Palms Place – the very restaurant where Playboy mogul Hugh Hefner toasted his 83rd birthday two weeks ago.
May’s Playboy spread may just be the beginning of Taylor’s time in the spotlight. She is currently under consideration to appear in an upcoming season of Real Housewives of Las Vegas, set to air on Bravo.
Yet, the accomplished businesswoman is no housewife.
Taylor launched her company, Mortgage Solutions LLC, in 2004. Prior to that, she served as an assistant VP at Wells Fargo and a manager for Conseco Finance.
More recently, she founded the Homeownership Initiative Foundation, which helps low income borrowers access government grants to purchase homes.
Taylor also sits on the board of the worldwide business organization, Entrepreneurs Organization, and serves as the association’s communications chair.
A Las Vegas native, Taylor attended Rancho high school and earned a BA in business administration from UNLV.
