Proper Eats, Clique Hospitality’s food hall set to open at Aria this winter, has added three more dining destinations to its lineup: Portland, Oregon Mediterranean restaurant Shalom Y’all, superstar Las Vegas DJ Steve Aoki’s Pizzaoki, and A Perfect Bite founder Oliver Wharton’s Lola’s Burgers.

Chicken N Pickle is coming to Henderson to open its first Nevada location, and the three-acre, indoor-outdoor pickleball-focused entertainment complex will feature a chef-driven restaurant and sports bar as well. The location is the corner of St. Rose and Maryland parkways but no opening date has been announced.

The Nevada Craft Brewers Association is launching its inaugural Nevada Day Pint Promotion, running October 28-31, featuring limited-edition collectors pint glasses designed by local artist Raven Snow and on sale at 25 Nevada brewery locations. Each glass can be purchased, while supplies last, for $13, with each hosting brewery also offering a special $5 beer when the glass is presented. Bottiglia Cucina at Green Valley Ranch and Hearthstone Kitchen at Red Rock Resort are hosting special kids’ brunch events on October 29. Both events will include a choice of entrée from the kids’ brunch menu, supplies for a pumpkin decorating activity and a candy bar, priced at $19, plus an appearance by a surprise character entertaining guests at each location. PT’s Taverns will celebrate its 40th birthday with a variety of celebrations, giveaways and more throughout November. In addition to giving away $40,000 in free slot play during the month, PT’s will offer a complimentary Bud Light toast on November 3 at 7 p.m., and the first 40 attendees at each location will receive a 40th birthday shirt. PT’s will also offer $1 pints of Bud Light during happy hour (limit two per guest) all month long, with happy hour food specials including Animal Tots ($4), chicken tenders ($8), Korean tacos ($8) and EverGood beef pretzel dogs ($9).

Jewish Nevada’s fourth annual Super Sunday Jewish Food Festival is set for November 6 from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. at Tivoli Village. The free event will showcase Jewish food, arts, culture and community, with food vendors including Kosher Chinglish, Burnt Offerings, Bagelmania, Buster’s Ice Cream, Two Cat Coffee, the Joy Pop Company and more. The Sourdough Café at Arizona Charlie’s Boulder has completed a renovation of its dining space and also has a new menu with fresh selections for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The revamped menu includes dishes such as Charlie’s signature omelet with ham, peppers, onion, tomato, cheese and hash browns; the Lumberjack ham and eggs plate with a 16-ounce ham steak; chili cheese fries as an appetizer; a classic French Dip; country fried steak with gravy and mashed potatoes; and prime rib with vegetables, au jus and horseradish.

North Italia has new dishes available for its fall/winter menu centered on seasonal comfort foods. Among the options are burrate di Stagione with Fuji apple, roasted butternut squash and Calabrian agrodolce; crispy eggplant Parmesan with spicy vodka sauce; heirloom beet salad with grilled chicken, avocado and goat cheese; braised shortrib lumachel with fresh horseradish; butternut squash anolini with broccolini, arugula and grana Padano cheese; and roasted porchetta with braised greens, fregola, citrus and fennel.
