It’s back, at last. Lotus of Siam has reopened its original restaurant location at Commercial Center—established in 1999—at 953 East Sahara Avenue, serving dinner Wednesday through Sunday from 5 to 10 p.m. The landmark institution closed back in 2021 and has opened locations on Flamingo Road and at Red Rock Resort since then. “This reopening is a tribute to where we started and how far we’ve come,” said founding chef Saipin Chutima in a statement. “We’ve reawakened the original space with new energy, from the menu to the bar, while staying true to the flavors and traditions that have long defined Lotus of Siam.”

NADC Burger (“Not a Damn Chance”) celebrated its grand opening Downtown on May 15 at 124 S. Sixth Street. The smashburgeria that popped at Resorts World last summer is open daily from 11:30 a.m. until midnight.
